Technical support Inquiry (采购产品): Technical support Sirs, I am writting in behalf of the civil engineering lab at the pontificia universidad Javeriana - Bogota. As you know we have a rainhart gyratory compactor with serial number 125. After sometime we are trying to put it in service, but now we have two problems. 1) When we try to run a test, there is not report of angle. The software shows a constant value od zero, even when there is a tilt angle. 2) To check this report, we tried to run the calibration procedure. The pressure, height, ram velocity anf revolution checks went ok. When we did the angle calibration after second step of the procedure with the calibration foot, there is an error message "runtime error '11' division by zero", and the execution finishes. I tried to do the calibration procedure several times, and this was the result with one time exception. But, even after this opportunity the angle result when running the test was a constant zero. Will yuo be so kind to bring us some help. 3. On the other hand, I have a technical question. When it is used the 100 mm mold,is it necessary to open/close the pressure valve to ensure that the pressure applied to the specimen is 600kPa calibrating it with a different load?. It is clear that the load required to apply the same pressure is different for each diameter, but, does the software make an automatic adjusment of the load applied once the mold diameter is selected?
