Inquiry (采购产品): Bundling equipment I was referred to you by Tracy at Nepsco, concerning two shrink bundling machines we have taken off line. We have two (2) "Poly Pack" Shrink Bundlers for sale. Serial number #2755 was installed the summer of 1996, and #2863 was installed the summer of 1997. Both were purchased new, and are 480 volt, 30 amp, 60 HZ. Both are now off-line. They are designed to handle 30" film and the heat chamber is 24" high. They are set up to bundle 12 packs of 4 and 5lb bags, and 6 packs of 10lb bags. The 5lb bags range in sizes 5" face and a gusset of 2.5" to 3", with a fill height of 7" to 9". The 10lb bags range in sizes 6.5" face and a gusset of 3.5" to 4", with a fill height of 8" to 10". My best estimate would be that each unit has bundled between 200,000 and 300,000 units. Each will handle about four 12 packs and eight 6 packs per minute. That translates into a maximum of about 10 - 12 tons per hour. We are only replacing them because we are buying a ring wrapper to accommodate our new plastic bags. They are in excellent condition.
