Inquiry (采购产品): Vibratory Hopper I am seeking a source for a vibratory hopper to feed a vibratory bowl on a machine that will be coming in at the end of Feb. The bowl dia. is approx. 3 ft. and is 6 ft. 4 in. off the floor. We will be feeding our bulk product into the hopper by dumping Gaylord boxes at the rate of 1000 - 1500# at a time. The machine will have the potential to run 1000 - 2000 ppm. Our product is a knurled pin fastener similar to a nail. Depending upon the length of the fastener, the average number of fasteners in a pound can range from 200 - 350 pcs. so that gives an idea of the number of pounds per minute.
