Please quote me on 40,000 pieces of the part shown on the attached drawing. I am using this as a spring. Metal rollers are going to roll/compress into the urethane momentarily, and then release. This will occur hundreds of thousands of times. In order to keep the rollers from wearing/galling into the urethane, I need a very high tensile strength (prefer 7000 psi). Let me know what you can do. I also need very good abrasion resistance, low brittleness temperature (less than -40 prefer), and a low compression set (less than 35% at 158 Deg. 22 hrs.). This would require a full level 3 PPAP (quality documentation). I need this ASAP, because we are trying to complete this project.
