Biodiesel dryers by soluble water adsorbtion through granular desicant with two adsorbers,one working and other one in regeneration by steam heating jacket, water streaping from desicant by dry N, inox body, insulated with mineral wood. The clear Biodiesel having the foll. caracteristics: - density 840-860 kg/cm - temp. 50-70 C degr. - viscosity 3-5 mPas. - inlet water content 3000-5000 mg/kg. - outlet water content 100-200 mg/kg. - capacity 5-10 cm/h. - pressure 3-5 bars. Flange dimensions : - Clear Biodiesel inlet 40 mm. - Dryed Biodiesel outlet 40 mm. - Dryed N inlet 20 mm. - Purged N outlet 20 mm. - Steam inlet 20 mm. 4.- 2 pcs. Reactant dryers for liquids drying by soluble water adsorbtion through granular desicant, with two adsorbers, one working and other one in regeneration by steam heating jacket, water streaping from desicant by dry N, inox body, insulated with mineral wood/Al. The wet Reactant having the foll. caracteristics: - density 790-810 kg/cm - temp. 25-35 C degr. - viscosity 2-5 mPas. - inlet water content 3 %. - outlet water content 0,15-0,2 % - capacity 1,5-2 cm/h. - pressure 3-5 bars. Flange dimensions : - Wet Reactant inlet 32 mm. - Dryed Reactant outlet 32 mm. - Dryed N inlet 20 mm. - Purged N outlet 20 mm. - Steam inlet 20 mm. - Condens outlet 20 mm Spare parts for min two years opperations included.
