Inquiry (采购产品): Anodizing aluminum parts for prototype Hello, I have built a prototype marine propulsion system and have thirty-five aluminum parts that need to be anodized for corrosion resistance. 4 parts are a combination of 7075-T651and 6061-T6 aluminum, these and a few other parts need to be hard anodized. The largest parts are two 48" long, 2" dia. tubes with some smaller parts welded to them. All other parts are 6061-T6 aluminum. The smallest parts are 1/4" dia. and 1/8" long. Most parts are small weldments. I also have two 4130 chrome-moly steel tubes, 1/2" dia. x 24" long that need a hard corrosion resistant coating. I have just a few more parts to fabricate but I can't test them until the existing (tested and accepted) parts are anodized. I'm not sure how to get a quote from you other than send you a stack of drawings or drive the parts to your facility. Thanks William E.
