Indianapolis, IN 46254 Dear Sir or Madam: Robert La Rue Parker, 553-68-7029 is proud to announce a useful wheel experience for high quality continuous energy and/or work. I am behind a development project to reveal four concepts that improves the richness of precious time resulting in no harmful pollutants. The concepts are a bellowed axle, a wheel rod for chain linkage, piston rod connections, and a second chain linkage plate. All four concepts located on the wheel are poised to showcase energy and/or work that by itself produce a power ratio for continuous motion, and when added to automotive power and design as the initial combustion that does not emit pollutants, marks our 21st Century. I sense a unique time in America has come to realize through reaching a variety of backgrounds, the need to seek enormous strides in energy and/or work. Our challenge is to bring to the public, all four concepts. Formulating a rational connection, which is professionally, presented having a solidly constructed product for in depth energy and/or work. I invite you to consider funding or to recommend this project to those in your community who will strengthen and encourage social action through collective learning, which has been a focus of variation for centuries. (1) The first bar bolt rod diameter is bellowed. The bellowed middle diameter on this stationary first bar bolt rod has a deep valley of small rollers with tops and bottoms circling in rollercoaster fashion. (2) The spoke bolt holder rod at the center of the wheel is fashioned to circle around the stationary first bar bolt rod. The spoke bolt holder rod has a chain bracket / gear welded attachment that adds continuous energy and/or work as it circles the stationary first bar bolt rod. There are two openings on the spoke bolt holder rod directly over the valley of small rollers. (3) Two separate piston rods start at the valley of small rollers and go through the two openings on the center spoke bolt holder rod. The two separate piston rods arranged at 90 degree angles end up as connections to guide the last separate chain bracket / gear. (4) The last separate chain bracket / gear plate is located close to the outer rim of the wheel consist of a thin first gear with a second thicker gear for a chain linkage. The last separate chain bracket / gears are three times larger than the chain bracket / gear welded to the center spoke bolt holder rod. A chain linkage connects the two bracket / gears producing a 3 to 1 ratio. I seek funding from Advanced Automation Systems to offset cost associated with this wheel concept that values, understands and appreciates indigenous energy and/or work development. Energy and/or Work mean different things to different people. For some, it is the functional form being used. To others, it is where they learn and develop a stronger identity as engineers and scientists. And to others still, it serves as a guardian of amazement known the world over. But underlying all of the institutional manifestations, at its core, the true character and purpose of energy and/or work has often not been fully understood. This reality provides a situation that clarifies and illuminates the complex histories of our Sun. Energy uses itself to produce more energy. It was recommended that Advanced Automation Systems be contacted to explore possible options as an active partner for excellence in high caliber abstract education, and conduit to design expertise and support.
