Packing: standard export packing TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1. Payment Terms: 60% of the total contract value would be paid into contractor's bank account in "advance", after the closing of the contract agreement and its formalities via Telegraphic Bank Transfer, T/T. Payment will take place in 4 working days from the day and date of contract signing and closing of contract so contractor would have money well ahead of time in order for him to commence production and to meet up with the required date of first shipment. The other 40% would be paid as soon as the contractor makes the first shipment to the designated sea port here in Cotonou, Benin via T/T as above. 2. Port of Discharge : Cotonou, Republic of Benin sea port. 3. Delivery : Delivery is to be made 60 working days after the closing of contract and payment confirmed by Seller's bank so contractor would have enough time to manufacture. 4. Signing And Closing Of Contract: This would have to be done in our country, Republic of Benin. 5. The contractor would be responsible for the training of two of our staff in his factory on the technical handling and maintainance of the generators, at our cost. However, I do hope to stop here.
