research Inquiry (采购产品): research Invention Name: Eliminate the slip-ring with brushes for winding rotor induction machine The goal from this Invention: The industry fields still required the slip-ring induction machine cause of its good properties: 1. High starting torque (controlled). 2. Gradually starting speed (controlled). 3. Low starting current (controlled). 4. No need for complex technology in starting and operating. 5. Easy to control the speed The causes of not using this type widely or marketing limitations: 1. Need maintenance (not free). 2. Maintenance expenses. 3. High cost system coming from (Slip-ring body, brush holders, brushes, and cables from starter to brush holders, rotor damping element ((for Example resistance)), starter space, rotor winding insulations and starter cost. 4. Not easy to get high IP (enclosure) and there is no explosion proof type. 5. High slip. 6. Low Power factor. For following introduction and for the problems that we facing during the maintenance activity on waste water treatment plant pumping stations this in Invention start with Version 1. Version 1 Invention: The research tested using slip-ring motor 400V 50HZ 90KW 730RPM 3PH V1 IP55 driven sewage pump working for six months ((the details below showing sample but not the only way, there are different shapes for other applications like high voltage)). ? Fist step remove the (Slip-ring body, brush holders, brushes, and cables from starter to brush holders, rotor damping element heat resistance and all accessories (two contactor with two timers) in motor starter belong to rotor circuit. ? Using same heat resistance, two contactors and two timers with transformer (as power supply for rotating) to fabricate rotating disc, this rotating disc fixed on motor shift instead of the slip-ring body. ? The new modified motor becomes winding rotor induction motor with out slip-ring and its accessories (Version1 or V1). The new motor V1 properties: 1. Cheaper by 5-35% depending on motor size. 2. Lower slip, higher power factor and higher efficiency. 3. Working with three different speeds (the rotating heat resistance coolant continuously by air) these speeds can be changed easily. 4. Free maintenance motor. (Note: there are photos and test results for all steps of V1 invention) The V1 invention guiding to other research on slip-ring motors V2 which more cheaper and more reliability, then V2 guiding to V3 which represent the third type of induction machine :( squirrel cage-winding rotor-V3), and V3 represents new theory in electric machinery.
