Inquiry (采购产品): Laser Microdrilling Capabilities Dear JPSA Sales Representative, I am contacting you regarding the laser drilling capabilities of your company. I am particularly interested in purchasing drilling for arrays of micron-size holes in crystalline tungsten. Therefore I would like to know what the limitations are (largest or smallest material thickness, smallest taper angle, best positioning tolerance, best diameter tolerance) for holes smaller than 5 microns, and how much smaller than 5 microns is possible.
