Inquiry (采购产品): Rude Treatment By Receptionist Hello, My name is Mikel Sutton Crowley and I am a realtor with Harry Norman, Realtors which was recently bought by Warren Buffet. We are a very respected and reputable brokerage in Metro Atlanta and our image is very important to us. I know that your company must take pride in your image as well just by looking at your impressive web site. I feel I should let you know ,however, that I was treated extremely rude by your receptionist this morning when I dialed her by mistake. She hung up on me three times. She refused to give me your address. She would not allow me to speak to anyone else. She said there was no one else in. She said that the Manager was not in and she verbally gave me a very unpleasant tirade about about the problems with wrong phone numbers. I asked her very kindly if we could possibly resolve this situation where we could both come away without feeling slighted. She told me very sarchastically to have a nice week and hung up on me again. I believe that if my receptionist answered our office phone in this manner (and we do get our share of wrong numbers) that our image would definitely be hurt by this rudeness.
