Inquiry (采购产品): broken bulb I received the conservation kit I ordered throught BGE that was shipped by your company. I was very disappointed to find the light bulb was broken. I am a senior citizen and need to be selective in what I pay for. The packaging contained one small air pillow that was about 6 inches long. That was not enough to protect the bulb from being jarred while in transit. Please package your future shipments to protect the bulb so that the receipient will get what he/she paid for.
