Inquiry (采购产品): Air flow control information I am currently looking for a new supplier of flow controllers for a plant air system. Specs are: Flow: 250 scfm Temp: 100 F Air is at 90% relative humidity Inlet pressure: 95 psi Outlet pressure: varies from 40-80 psi Currently using 1.5” sch. 40 piping (this size is not set in stone) The valve must be locally adjustable to maintain a constant flow. Control for the valve must also be local (we want to avoid wiring to the plant’s distributed control system). Prefer that the feedback be an orifice or something not affected by moisture. The valves currently being used require frequent cleaning due to the internals “gumming up.” The current project will require 32 control valves. Could you please give me some information as to whether you can provide a product to meet these needs.
