Inquiry (采购产品): Request for Proposal I’m in charge of public relations for an annul meeting for the Central Association of College & University Business Officers (CACUBO). I’ll need wearables for the 20 or so committee members and low-end give-aways for about 300 meeting attendees. The meeting will be held in October in Chicago and we do not have a theme or logo yet. I’m thinking probably 3 wearable items per person, maybe a long-sleeved woven shirt, polo, and a vest and 3 novel ad specialties for each attendee. I’m looking for suggestions and rough cost figures for my 4/21 planning meeting. Please advise if your company would be interested in submitting a proposal. I’d love to present something new and exciting rather than just the “same-old, same-old” stuff everyone gets at an annual meeting.
