Inquiry (采购产品): quotation Hi! Please provide quote for the cost & lead-time to design, build & run a single cavity die-cast mold to produce a small lot of parts(1000 pcs.) of p/n HL06-030-126. This is a development program that when proven out will undoubtedly see it's production runs in China. The tool being requested here will be for initial start-up quantities only (low 1000/2000 pcs.)The die-cast material has not been chosen as yet. What would be your recomendation? The most important feature is the 1.4 X 1.4 mm molded post. This post has to pass a heat age test under load. The test calls for the post to withstand 25 newtons load at 105 deg. celsius for 528 hours. This part will undergo an insert molding operation to deposit thermoplastic in certain areas.
