Enclose Marine (below decks, environmentally protected) Shock qualification to MIL-S-901D, Grade A Vibration qualification to MIL-STD-167-1, Type I (up to 25Hz) EMI compatible to MIL-STD-430 Compressor - Reciprocating, swash plate driven, 5 stage 4.500psi HPAC, electric motor driven. Drive – Direct, vertical mount swash plate drive Power – 440VAC, 3ph, 60Hz, 104 Amp Motor – continuous duty, 80hp, 1200rpm, 440vac, 3ph, 60Hz, vertically mounted, sealed insulation, totally enclosed, oil cooed, squirrel cage motor meeting MIL- M-17600 requirements. Microprocessor Controls – PLC control system with touch screen display. MIL- Qualified for shock, vibration and EMI. Gauges – Inter-stage and Final Pressure, Coolant Pressure & oil Pressure Operation – Fully automatic or manual operation base on pressure demand. 1. Equal unit is acceptable. 2. Provisional Technical Documentation is required. (Installation/Operators/Repair manuals) (Minimum 3 copies) Drawings, etc.) 3. Do you accept a US Government Purchase Card? (Yes/No). 4. Supplier is responsible for goods in transit and incurs ALL FREIGHT/ Customs charges. 8. All material shall be PROPERLY CRATED/BOXED/PACKAGED FOR overland shipment. Crate/s shall be capable of being lifted by a fork-truck. Markings on the packaging will clearly indicate contents, weight, cube and any special handling requirements (ex. “Fragile”; “refrigerate”) 9.
