Inquiry (采购产品): Conical Coil Forming My name is Jack Mace. I am a sculptor searching for a company capable of precision rolling conical coil elements using small diameter (under 1/2 inch dia.), thin-wall stainless tubing. I need to fabricate five inverted conical coil elements of varying heights and coil completion, beginning with a central "radius" of 10 to 24 inches (depending on the size finally agreed to by a buyer), and a final "radius" of 30 to 48 inches. These elements will be anchored to a central base at the small radius end and left to "fly" at the top, large radius end. The tallest of the five standing, inverted coils would complete one to one and one-half coils, and stand as high as eight feet (again, depending on the buyer's needs). The shortest would stand about 2 feet high and complete approximately one-fourth of a complete coil rotation. All must be fabricated as "concentic" over their relative lengths. This is not a high production item. In fact, it may be only a one-time construction. If you are capable of handling this type of project, I would like to visit with you in more detail.
