Inquiry (采购产品): 4-Step Ladder (break down) Feedback I recently received a 4-step ladder (break down), item number FSH418P. My order number is 1117433. I received only two of four rubber foot tips. I received and extra two handrail brackets. In addtion, it appears that there is now a left and right hand rail. A model I ordered last year matched the assembly instructions exactly. The model shipped with this order had two u-shaped brackets welded to the handrails. This is not reflected in the instructions and caused some confusion during assembly.
