Inquiry (采购产品): Stainless Steel Screws We are a developer and manufacturer of medical devices and surgical tools used in the neurosurgery field. We are currently developing a surgical tool used in cranial closures and I am in need of fasteners for our device that will not prematurely rust under normal operating room environments.The other steel parts I am developing are being made from 317SS fully annealed post machining, and passivated after machining and heat treatment I am seeking information on your 316 type stainless steel fasteners for the following types of fasteners, 1. #2-56 3/32" set screws (socket head type) 2. #4-40 3/32" set (socket head type) 3. #0-80 1/8" Rnd Head (socket, straight slot, or Phillips head type) 4. #4-40 1/2" Flat Head (socket, straight slot, or Phillips head type) We would like to find the best fastener for our product and I am hopeful your company can provide these fasteners or send us to a company that can help us out.
