I am working on a project in which several conveyors will be needed and I need to have a ball park price today for a meeting in which the feasibility of the project will be addressed. The line will be installed at a customer’s plant where stove vent hoods will be assembled. The weight that the belt should carry is 165 pound every 4 feet. The first item for the assembly line is a heavy duty slider bed belt conveyor 42 inches wide and 42 feet long, with the motor mounted at the end as standard, with a variable belt speed from 0.75 ft/min to 15 ft/min. The belt should be welded, not laced because it scratches the paint from the hoods. The belt should be flat at an adjustable height from 21” to 30”. The second item are two gravity roller conveyors with a 6.5 ft length, 42 inches wide, with a roller distance of 0.78”, with an adjustable height from 21” to 30”. Rollers should be recovered with PVC. The third item are two gravity roller conveyors with 4 ft length, 42 inches wide. In this item the roller distance is not important. This will be used at ground level so no legs are required. The fourth item is a gravity roller conveyor 13 feet long, 42 inches wide, 6 inches between rollers, with a minimum height of 4 inches and a maximum height of 10 inches. The last item is the same as the fourth but with an adjustable height from 8 inches to 18 inches. In case we get this project and the client likes it this whole package will be multiplied by 13.
