Inquiry (采购产品): custom inconel box Hello My name is Paritosh Wadekar. I am a graduate student at the university of Houston. We are building a substrate heater for our sputtering system. For this we need an inconel box to serve as the actual heating element. .Please send me an email so that i will send u an attachment of rough sketch of what I want. The idea here is to use 2 quartz halogen lamps inside the box. They will serve as the heating elements of the substrate heater.
