This server (portable, 7litters and 4litters sizes) can dispense you the same amount (you pre-set the amount you want) of liquid food and its ingredients all the way from the first cup to the last. So your customers always get same amount of liquid and ingredients in their cups, and as the server gives exactly what is pre-set, you don’t waste food materials by over-filling,(instead you save) that usually happens when you serve food kept in a kettle by serving manually using a ladle, because you don’t want to hear customers say “Oh, I got less food materials than yours. That’s not fair.” Merit 2. You don’t have to attend the soup all the time stirring the soup like a conventional warmer (he/she can do other things.) and still don’t get dry and scorched and change color and taste – meaning you don’t have to change the soup afresh – thus, saving food materials and some labor, too, which amounts to a lot of money at the end of the year.
