Inquiry (采购产品): Bore finishing Dear sir/ Madam We are Manufacturers of Lubrication system in india. we have grease divider valves that are honed and fitted with pistons. the honing is presently manual horizontal type. we want to achieve a close tolerance on the bore of about 2 microns of diameter ranging from 3.6mm to dia 6.0mm and length ranging from 15mm to 60mm with finish of 0.1 micron Ra. At present we are not getting the productivity and are unable to produce at large quantities. we have seen in your website about the electroplated diamond tools. can we get the desired tolerance and finish with this type of tools. can these tools be used in a pillar type drilling machine. do you have an experience of any customers who have used your tools in any drilling machine with floating tool adaptors. what is the productivity and tool life of your tools. do you have any representative in india. please contact at the earliest.
