Request for Joint Venture Inquiry (采购产品): Request for Joint Venture Interest in Joint Venture Dear Sir/Madam, We do take this opportunity in introducing ourselves to you. Vajra Rubber Products Limited (VRPL), specialized in custom-moulding and manufacture of variety of rubber products has been in the field for past thirty (30) years. VRPL product range can be broadly classified under different heads, which will not be an apt thing to jot in this letter. Hence, to put the whole range in a nutshell, it is considered viable and wise to state that our products, range from ordinary Rubber Door Mats and O-Rings to huge and sophisticated, multi-layered and rubber to metal bonded direction control Flex-Seals for Satellite launch vehicles. We have presses ranging from 12” x 12” to 100” x 100” which shall enable handling of different sizes of moulds. VRPL is an ISO 9001-2000 Certified Company (accredited by BSI). We are also approved under UL, FM & LPCB for our specialty EPDM Gaskets used in Sprinklers, Drinking water pipelines etc.. We would like to state our interest in having a Joint Venture with your esteemed organization, which shall enable us to spread our hands jointly around the world by means of sharing efforts. Marketing of products around the highly potential western markets shall be handled by your good offices while the manufacturing of Rubber moulded products shall be handled economically at our end. Geographically speaking, we are located in the one of the largest Rubber producing countries in the world. India is ranked the 4th largest producer of Rubber in the world. Out of which, Kerala, the state where VRPL is situated, is holding 98% of Rubber crop. Hence, the base raw material, which being Natural Rubber is available in plenty at comparatively low prices. The other advantages of this state are: v Kerala holding the highest literacy rate in the world. As such, English can be handled without much difficulty by almost every one in the state. v We have three international airports in the state, which are not located far from our factory. The above stated statistics itself can prove VRPL’s advantage. We are not putting much effort for comparing ourselves with manufacturers of other countries due to certain reasons. One such reason is that in certain countries, “Copy right” means “the right to copy” and indeed, they are extremely good in doing it. Hence, we do not want ourselves to be tied on to the same such harbours. Now, we eagerly await for your reply per return on the proposed Joint Venture suggestion.
