Inquiry (采购产品): bag filter I need a bag filter unit for a chemical tranfer line. The line is used to transfer product in liquid form to the spray tower feed tank for spraying. The filter is intended to catch solids entrained in the line. Housing: 304L SS construction. Inlet: 3" 150# flange. Outlet: 3" 150# flange off bottom. Supporting legs, carbon steel. Top hatch access. Inlet pressure gage fitting 1/2" dia. NPT SS half nipple Normal operating temp 170 deg. F Will be insulated and steam traced. Pump rate: 100 to 300 gpm using a centrifugal pump. Pump will have a flow switch with an automatic cutoff for low flow. unit will see 60 psi from the pump if the line is blocked. After each transfer, the line is cleared using 60 psi steam. Most of the material is Ester and surfactant based. I will need a minimum of two bags (1 spare) with the unit. Please let me know what types of bags are available.
