Inquiry (采购产品): Thermalforming Hi, I'm a designer working mid project and have need to be able to specify a Thermalformable material. THe material I am looking for : Clear sheet material 15 - 25 thou thickness can be sonic bonded Strong enough to with stand a 6'drop essenially I am trying to manufacture a 6 inch diameter disk .125 between the walls , that is liquid filled. the two pcs are vaccum formed, sonic bonded and liquid filled. The problem I have at the moment is breakage. The material cracks along the bonding line when dropped from 6'.
