Mitutoyo, Quick-Set Test Indicators - Series 513-405E, or 513-405T, see attached file for a similar part. 4. You also need 2 blocks as the attached file the recommended height is between 70 and 80 mm (flat surface to flat surface) these distances have to be the same, if not the parts have to be grinded together to accomplish the same distance see attached file. Note make sure you can attach item # 3 to item #2 if not ask for an adapter to do so, I do not have the mitutoyo numbers, for Mahr the number is, 27Sp.
