There is also a cleanliness spec of IEST-STD-CC1246. This fluid is to be petroleum based for aircraft, missile and ordnance. It should be rust inhibited, fire resistant, synthetic hydrocarbon base and NATO code no. H-544. We will need at least 35 gallons of this fluid.
