Bleed Trip Valve info. request Inquiry (采购产品): Bleed Trip Valve info. request To whom it may concern, My name is Ramsey Brown from Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. out in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are currently looking to update our records for our Bleeder Trip Valves (BTV), a.k.a. Non Return Valves that were manufactured by Schutte & Koerting back in 1959 and 1966 for use on our Waiau 6 and Waiau 8 Units. I am looking for stock code numbers for the replaceable parts of these valves, i.e. gaskets, valve discs, relevant solenoid valves, etc. These numbers will be kept on our records for future reference in the event that we need a quick order to be placed. Our vision is to have an online database in which our Planning Engineers can quickly reference manufacturer stock numbers in the event that an immediate replacement is needed. Any parts that may malfunction and are replaceable we would like information on. Any additional information you may have regarding cost, material of the part, and other possible replacement parts would be very helpful. An overall complete understanding of these S&K valves is our goal. The valves in question are: BTV #1 for Unit 6: Manufacturer: Schutte & Koerting Model: 828-A PO NO.: 4853 Foreign Print No.: 60-XE-45 BTV #2, 3, 4 for Unit 6: Manufacturer: Schutte & Koerting Model: 828-A PO NO.: 4853 Foreign Print No.: 59-E-132 BTV #1 for Unit 8: Manufacturer: Schutte & Koerting Model: 828-A PO NO.: 49042 Foreign Print No.: 3247-5, 2 BTV #2, 3, 4, 5 for Unit 8: Manufacturer: Schutte & Koerting Model: 828-A PO NO.: 49042 Foreign Print No.: 3247-6, 2 3247-4, 2 3247-4, 2 3247-3, 2 These numbers seem to best identify these valves as I realize this order took place decades ago.
