Inquiry (采购产品): Spray System Pump I am currently using a pneumatic Graco 3:1 President pump for a spray application in my process. This pump works relatively well but is a constant maintenance problem and even though we have a pulsation dampener in place we have continuous pressure variation. Please review the general information below to see if you may have an alternative solution to my problem Product: Latex and water binder with 20% solid content. (solids are sub-micron in size) Design Pressure: 400 psi Operation Pressure 300-310 psi Viscosity: 10-100 cps Design Flow: 2 gpm Operation Flow: 1.5-1.7 gpm Ambient Temp: 30-130 deg F Inlet Head: 6-10 feet (suction through strainer, 4’ of hose to ?” pipe then suction filter) Discharge Head: 75 feet (discharge at pump through larger filter, small filter, pressure regulator, spray head) I would like to get away from the pneumatic type pump to electric motor driven.
