Inquiry (采购产品): mixing and dispensing I am looking for an efficient mixing system. The materials which are to be mixed are a polymer ( similar in texture to flour ), a silicate and water. The water is added as a % of weight of the combination of the polymer and aggregate. It works out to 12%. Initially, as the mixing begins, the mixture is thick, but as the polymer begins to react chemically with the water, the texture thins out. In 12 to 20 minutes , the mixed material is rock hard. I need a continuous mixer so that we can fill mould without stopping. Once we do stop. The system would have to be washed out. Do you have quipment that could perform efficiently to mix the subtances I have decribed? If yes, how large is it? How much does it cost? And how long would it take to deliver once an order is placed?
