Inquiry (采购产品): Contract Coating I need to find coating services with the following capabilities: Substrate is flexible fiberglass, 30 - 50 mils (basically it is a synthetic paper) Aqueous coating - no hazardous materials, no solvents Coating has a high solids content: 60% - 65% Coated weights are very high: 40-60 #/3300 sq. ft. (ream) Knife over roll is the preferred method since the coated weights can be achieved in one pass. Mutiple passes with reverse roll, gravure, air knife, curtain coating are feasible. Must be able to handle 100 - 110" width Air flow drying is most efficient Oven temps can be high (up to 200 C) as long as coating discoloration doesn't occur the fiberglass substrate can handle high temp. Need line speeds - 100 - 200 meters/minute (preferred minimum - 150) to keep cost efficient. Is this within your capabilities? Please let me know.
