Inquiry (采购产品): tire handling and storage Hello, I am looking for the “automatic tire handling and storage system”, which would help us to handle and to store used and new tires with and without disks in a range from 12 inch wide up to 22 inch wide. Our requirements are as follows: 1. The system has to be able to store at least 20 000 tire sets (4 tires in a set). 2. The system has to allow store tires in as possible small place. It means that place should be handled economically. 3. The system has to be able to handle tires with or without disks. Probably tires will be kept in special bags together with bolts. 4. It would be great if system would allow us to handle tires without hands. It means that tires could take of from the pallets without hands and then transferred to the special storage cell. 5. The system has to allow recognize each set of tires (each set has to have some kind of mark) and when needed transported back to the distribution point. 6. The system should have computer, which shows where each set of tires is stored and when needed (requested from computer) transported back to the distribution point. 7. The system has to be able to work from alternative electric power supply, if regular electric power supplies to fall out. As usual we are interested in efficient and qualitative system for reasonable price. If it possible you could offer few proposals depending from materials used in assembling and such. We would appreciate if you could send us offer as detailed as possible with approximate price divided by expenses.
