Introduction Inquiry (采购产品): Introduction Allow me first to introduce myself: I am Panos Balian, an expat US citizen, working in the Arabian Gulf Area (Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates) for the past 20 years. At present I work with a Company that is specialized in mainly Oil & Gas sector. Due to extremely rapid development in my present work location (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) where there is a boom of construction of modern high rise buildings, hotels, district towns etc, which my continue for more than 15 years or more, there is a wide demand of specialized firms in the design, and commissioning of electro-mechanical services and mainly HVAC. Also, I'm interested to know if you can manufacture custom made HVAC equipment (explosion proof) for offshore projects. Due to my vast contacts with important Clients and consultants with a group of partners we are in the verge of establishing a Company to deal with the design, supervision and independent commissioning of the building services, especially HVAC systems. Actually, at present, there is an immediate requirement of an independent commissioning agency to commission an Accommodation complex comprising of 700 rooms with a chiller plant capacity of around 1200 TR. This should commence within less than a month.
