LPG/ air mixures Inquiry (采购产品): LPG/ air mixures Dear sir, For one of the proposed Anneling furnace for CRCA sheets, burners are fired with COREX gas as fuel. Corex gas is a process gas and the composition is CO 38-40% , H2 15-23%, CO2 30-35% , CH4 1-2% , N2, Ar, H2O Balance. As a standby fuel supply for this furnace, available fuel is LPG i.e. ( 66 % butane & 33 % propane) This needs to be mixed/ blend with air for reducing calorific value. The enclosed layout shows our volume requirement. We are a PUNE, (India ) based small company, engaged in design, engineering and manufacturing of Gas flaring systems, and process burners( Mainly in steel industry) . The requirement is for one of steel plant , located in South-west india. We have already done lot many developements for this client on Combustion systems and developed COREX gas fired burners for their process. We have also supplied them BF gas flaring system for the flow of 1,60,000 Nm3/hr or their Blast furnace I & II . We are associated with this client since 1995.
