Inquiry (采购产品): Sintered bronze disc filters Dear sales team, Good afternoon, my name is Matt Roughton of GDS Instruments, I am our production co-ordinator and am contacting you regarding the possibility of your company helping us with our Sintered bronze disc filters. At present we purchase All our sintered material discs from GKN Sinter in Germany, however we are looking for a new supplier due to the delivery problems we are currently encountering. We use the following sizes, all of which are 3mm thick: dia 38mm, dia 50mm, dia 70mm, dia 100mm and 109mm (all diameter tolerances are +1.0mm/-0.0mm so we can machine to specific size for our customers requirements). The spec that GKN supply is SIKA-B 8 (which we know as 8 micron pore size) We normally purchase these in batches of between 10-30 off of each, but as mentioned delivery has been a problem so we have been purchasing larger quantities to allow for delays. We are more than happy to arrange call off orders over a 12 month period if this makes orders easier for you. We sometimes need thicker units upto 10mm thick and sometimes also stainless sintered discs of various sizes. We would like you to advise GDS if you can supply these parts to us starting as soon as possible.
