Inquiry (采购产品): Washers to be powder coated 1. Application: Solenoid Valve for Missile Systems. The washers are on each side of the bobbin (OD 1.050, ID .350, Thick .062). 2. We are looking for a coating with high dielectric property. The bobbin has to pass an Hi-Pot test (resistance of many MegaOhms when 500VDC is applied between the power lead and ground). 3. Protection against corrosion. The washers are in Silicon Iron B-FM. The body is in CRES 303 and has been passivated per AMS-QQ-P-35. 4. Operating temperature of the valve: -51degF to +200degF. 5. Coating shall have a MIL spec (or SAE, ASME, ...). 6. We have used successfully in the past a Morton Dielectric Grey 17-7006, but I have heard this coating is not really standard.
