Inquiry (采购产品): 2008 Health Physics Society Midyear Topical Meeting I am contacting you in my role as the publicity contact for the Local Arrangements Task Force for the 2008 Health Physics Society Midyear Topical Meeting. The Accelerator Section and Northern California Chapter of the Health Physics Society (HPS) are co-hosting the 2008 HPS Midyear Topical Meeting, "Radiation-Generating Devices," (January 27-30) and HPS Professional Development School, "Topics in Accelerator Health Physics," (January 31 - February 2) at the Oakland Marriott Convention Center. It is anticipated that the 2008 HPS Midyear Topical Meeting will include presentations on radiation protection for a wide variety of radiation-generating devices (including accelerators, x-ray machines, lasers and radiofrequency devices) used in research, medical, industrial and homeland security applications.
