Inquiry (采购产品): Weld Nut I am looking for a M6 x 1mm class 8 weld nut with a pilot for a pierced hole of .240"/.256" in diameter. This weld nut has to be from .185" to .236" in height. It has to fit into a u-shaped part so the diameter must be no more than around .535"/.540". The volume is around 40,000 nuts per year. This is a current part we make and we currently use a weld nut with no pilot and it is very difficult to locate. We are used to using weld nuts with pilots. John P.
