Inquiry (采购产品): Use of low voltage transformers with dimmer I recently fitted 12V halogen lights in my house. When I used Powertran 240V/11.6V transformers rated at 300VA on the lights and installed a dimmer switch controlling 5 lights the lights lit then dimmed and went out. Fitting another manufacturers transformwers (DAIS DA-J60) eliminated the problem. Strangely using one DAIS transformer in parallel with 4 Powertran transformers solved the problem. (The same problem was observed with one, two or three Powertran transformers). Any suggestions? Is the observed solution of using a DAIS transformer in parallel with the Powertran transformers explicable and likely to be stable?
