Inquiry (采购产品): Contract Manufacturing Expertise We are a small, high technology alternative energy company who are contemplating developing a relationship with a manufacturing partner who can learn how to make our systems and improve their robustness and manufacturability. This partner could be a preferred manufacturing partner (low-mid volumes) and would be used as a resource for manufacturing to our designs (or maybe yours) for demonstration prototypes, customer samples, and possibly as a manufacturing partner for low-mid volume runs of products using our technology for our customers. What is key for us is that a) the contract manufacturer make an investment in learning how to make and operate our systems at little to no cost for the company and b) willingness to sign an agreement that any and all technology and intellectual property developed in our field while developing systems for us would be the property of Millennium Cell. As our systems will ultimately be fuel cell power systems for use in industrial, military and consumer markets, we need someone with a solid track record of manufacturing excellence and capabilities in plastics, metals and various manufacturing techniques.
