need for staple-like surgical fixture

Inquiry (采购产品): need for staple-like surgical fixture Please, consider this weird request. Please direct me to any potential source for a staple-like bent stainless or nickel wire that conforms to or could be adapted to conform to the following tentative specifications. Dimensions are approximate. Wire OD approx 1/32+ in.; A range of staple heights (length of each of the two legs) ranging 1/16 to 3/16 in.; Distances between the legs 3/8 to 1 in.; Staple "bridge" formed into arcs of circles having radii ranging from 1/4 to 3/4 in., which circles are to be concentric to an axis that is parallel to the staple legs; Rounded ends of legs. The general shape would be that of an ordinary paper staple having its "bridge" bent around and conforming to an arc about a part of the circumference of a common "AA" battery while the staple legs are kept parallel to the axis of the battery. My web searches for a suitable fixture to straighten ingrown toenails on the big toe have come up empty except for a patent on the idea of using posts adhered to the left and right edges of the nail and a joining wire that is attached to and applies tension between the posts--this to spread open, i.e., increase the radius of curvature of the ingrown nail. It seems a spreader bar (the required "staple") inserted under the nail at its forward tip and spanning between the nail's left and right edges would be superior to the patented approach. Staple curvatures, leg lengths, and bridge arcs would need to be graduated and custom fitted. The wire guage and coefficient of elasticity would need to be sufficient. Spreaders might be worn with usual shoes worn by the sufferer and could gradually be enlarged to reshape the ingrown nail. A user could soften the nail, spread it as much as he could bear comfortably and insert, over time, a succession of larger and larger staples* between the nail and skin tissue--providing this is begun at the early-pain stage before infection. I have fought an ingrown nail problem for nearly 60 years and am aware this approach is not "community medical practice" (as was once true of aspirin). I have resisted having nails removed. My problem is a common one. If you have any ideas, contacts, samples, or a menu of medical wire materials I would be grateful for any help whatsoever. I found your site by searching for "surgical staples". *In my case an initial trial would likely use a staple that has 1/8 in. legs, a 5/16 in. radius bridge-circle, and about 7/16 in between the legs, out to out. A force of 15 to 20 pounds applied to bring the legs together should not collapse the spreader more than about 1/32 in. measured between the legs.
