Inquiry (采购产品): Blood &water separation and fatty/Oily Sludge Dewatering REQUIREMENT1: We require your valued openion for a suitable separation method for separation of water from Blood for Chicken processing plant. Our sugestion is to have a small Cetrifuge made out of SS 304 or SS 316 for this application. However the efficiency, Power requirement and cost factor have to be considered. Details: 1.20,000 Chicken( birds )are killed per day. 2.Blood quantity is apprx. 400 liters/day 3.This includes Raw blood and wash water where water is applied to wash the blood collecting unit. 4. Requirement is to separate water from blood and separated blood could be used at the Render mill. 5. Ultimately the BOD loading(due to blood) to the existing Effluent treatment Plant will be reduced. REQUIREMENT2: We require your valued openion also for a suitable Manual (or semi Auto)Filter press or recommended electromechanical or hydraulic devisefor dewatering and making good filter cakes from a Oily sludge from Fat trap and DAF(dissolved Air Floatation)unit scum removal of a Chicken processing farm.
