Inquiry (采购产品): Winders/Rewinds I am trying to get some preliminary information on winding/rewinding equipment for a down-spooling process that we are looking at improving at some point. To give some specs: Core Material: Acetyl Core Diameter: Ranges from 0.0399-0.168 in. Length: Ranges from 700-4400 ft. of Acetyl Spool size: Large spool diameter of 6.35 in. down spooling to a small spool diameter of 4.5 in. We currently using a basic linear drive system with no tension or footage settings. We receive the acetyl core from a vendor which comes on a spool that is larger than what can be used on the machines. We then down spool in-house to a smaller spool. An ideal new system would have a footage counter/programmable tension and footage settings, would operate without needing to attend to the process once running, and have an automatic flange detection system. If you have a product or system that you could recommend that might work, or have a brochure, and what the approximate cost might be, we would appreciate it. As mentioned, we are gathering some initial information for an improvement in the near-future.
