Inquiry (采购产品): SS & Carbon Steel Strips We are on lookout for 12 mm wide & 0.1 mm thick strip in coil form to be used as track to guide ball Bearing on linear motion system designed by us . Strips shall be glued on highy accurate Granite Beam with adhesive teps by operlapping about 2 mm on sides with the tap and central porton of about 6 mm wide would be used as track for guiding Ball Baring out race. Strips should have uniform thickness with in tolerance less than 6 to 7 microns ( 0.007 mm ) and shuld be fairly hard to withstand wear due to rolling friction. SS strips or Carbon steel strips both are acceptable. Initial requirement shall be about 100 meters per month and may incerease up to 150 meter. Please submit your lowest rates and delivery period.
