Heat Transfers are an efficient and reliable method of permanently applying graphics to all kinds of materials, including thermoplastics. The transfer is screen-printed using specially formulated inks which are compatible with the product material, offering a high degree of opacity and abrasion resistance. Multi-colored images are applied in one easy step using conventional hot stamping equipment, this allows a permanent fusion to the item. Changeover from one design to another simply requires the change of rolls, which can be accomplished in minutes. The decorated product can be packaged or assembled immediately after the image is applied, as there are no heavy metals, solvents, wet inks or drying ovens required for this process.
