Inquiry (采购产品): Wheel Motors A4, code 116 85 F. The motors are used in a Mark lift Rough Terrain Scissors Lift, Model RT-40G, Serial #17205, with the wheel hub mounted directly to the 1-1/4 tapered output shaft. The motors were recently over stressed by jumping in sand. The output shaft (coupling shaft #11 in parts book) broke on one of the two motors and the one that did not break is now leaking. I think it would be a good idea to rebuild both motors with new output shafts and seals. Do you have price and availability of a repair kit or individual parts? The customer would consider (2) new MAB 400003 (29.6 cu in) or larger for lower speed and the additional torque. I believe the existing motors have a displacement of approximately 25.1 cu in and a no load rpm of 91 at 10 gpm. The motors mount with (4) ?” bolts on a 5.812 bolt circle thru a 5.25 x 5.25 x 1.45 thick flange and slide inside a 5.060 ID pipe. The motors are fully reversible and have two .875-14 UNF straight thread o-ring ports on one side of the flange. The system relief is set at 2300 psi in accordance with the lift manufacturer’s manual. Do you have a motor by a different manufacturer that would do the job? We can change the fittings if the port size is different, but the motor must fit inside the 5.06 ID pipe.
