Inquiry (采购产品): Solderability We use CU110 copper pins (40 mils diameter, around 1" in lenght) as terminals for electronic relays. The problem that I have is that the current electroless nickel plate does not offer a good solderability in long term. The plating has to be ROHS compliant and stand 1-2 reflows at 260C peak. Let me know if you like to take a shot at this application.
