Inquiry (采购产品): Laser drilling capabilities I am seeking information about Laser Drilling. My application is thus: Aero Instruments is a manufacturer of precision air data sensors for the aircraft industry. I want the ability to drill holes into the sensor after it is assembled. The material is a High Alloy Nickel cylinder, .75" in diamater and with a generally .04" thick wall. I want to be able to put holes into that wall with positional tolerance of +/- .003 and diametral tolerance of +/- .001 on ~.090" diameter holes. There are parts within the assembly that cannot be contacted by the drilling operation, so through drilling is not possible. Sharp edges and zero burrs and chips within the part are very important. Is this within the capabilities of your company?
