Inquiry (采购产品): Die Attach epoxy adhesives Hello- We are evaluating a changeover from eutectic to conductive, high temp epoxy adhesive for our die attach micro assembly processes. We would like to receive more technical information, apps notes, etc regarding your line of this special product. I have some very sketchy info regarding QMI529HT, and it appears to be what we need. At present this material will be manually "doted", not machine dispenced on our die attach wirebonder equipment. Also could any user info be shared, applications, where used, etc.? We design and build state of the art, solid state high power microwave amplifiers, and need to be confident regarding the long term reliability and performance of any material we use.
